使用方式 ～ 用於日常接地儀式、深化與下三輪的關係，並透過與樹木的穩固連結來錨定力量。將幾滴 Medicina de Resina 倒入左手（陰性／接收之手），雙手互搓，拍手 3 次，以聲音振動喚醒掌心的植物能量，透過聲音清除氣場。接著將雙手靠近臉部，吸入 1-3 次深呼吸。現在將雙手繞過你的氣場——從頭頂到身體，穿越能量場。最後將雙手放在腹部片刻，與身體進行深層連結。

Use ~ for daily grounding rituals, to deepen relationship with your lower chakras and anchor strength through solid connection to the trees. Pour a few drops of Medicina de resina into left (feminine/receiving) hand. Rub hands together and clap 3 times. This will awaken the energy of the plants in your palms - clearing the auric field through sound vibration. Then bring your hands towards your face, breathing in for 1-3 breaths. Now draw hands around your aura - over your head and body through your energy field. Finish with your hands on your belly for a moment of deep connection with body.
