Refund Policy

Refund or returns for reasons of general dissatisfaction or change of mind cannot be offered.

Refund will only applies when, 

1. Item received is damaged or defected, or 

2. Parcel not delivered to the client within 3 weeks upon dispatch ( please refer to the shipping update for the dispatch date) , in this case, the parcel is considered lost. Clients may choose to apply for a refund or re-dispatch, subject to stock availablity and clients' preference. 

* the 3 week clause applies only to delivery within Hong Kong

In either case, full refund will be provided, please allow 3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your card, or other payment methods which you used to pay for the order. Please contact us through email / Facebook Inbox or IG DM for enquiries. 

We reserve the right to reject any refund request that do not comply with the conditions above.
