1. 將數滴 Medicina de rosa 倒於左手（陰性／接收之手）

Rub hands together, clap 3 times to awaken energy of the plants, your palms and to clear the Auric field through sound. Bring hands towards your face, breath in one to three breaths. Then draw hands around your head and body through your energy field. Finish with your hands on heart for a moment of deep connection with yourself.
